WE BELIEVE THAT
RAAS PAL initially ventured into the Service Robot market to address workforce shortages in sectors such as food delivery, cleaning, and security. However, after four years, they recognized that customers prioritize efficient outcomes over the mere presence of robots. As a result, RAAS PAL has shifted its focus towards designing industry-specific solutions that are reliable and effectively tackle customer pain points.
